- This account is provided by the CC English Department for use in your class. You are given 100MB
of space to use for your class, and your account will remain until the day grades are due at the end of the semester.
- How do I upload files?
- You can use Secure File Transfer Protocol to upload your files. See our connection information page for more details.

- From your instructor. If you lose your password or need it reset, ask your instructor or the system administrator..
- Where do I put my web pages?
- In your "public_html" directory. Any files placed in your "home" directory will not be
visible on the web.
- Where can I see my web pages?
- Your web pages are online at this address (substitute your userid after the ~ below).

- Can I keep my account at the end of the semester?
- No. We do not have the resources to offer permanent web space for students.
- I accidentally deleted a file, can you get it back for me?
- No. You are responsible for making and keeping your own backup copies. It is important that you
make a concerted effort to do so.
